Spray Material Consumption Starts at 3 Liters per 1 Hectare
The use of the ULV technology (ultra-small volumes) allows working with a consumption rate of the
spray material equal to 3 liters per 1 ha. This makes it possible to prepare a solution in the maximum
concentration or even to use the undiluted preparation. This in turn increases the activity of the active
substance tenfold, allows microdrops to penetrate the plant cell very quickly, and gives a quick and
maximum effect.
We Spray Plants of All Heights
Spraying with the use of unmanned aerial vehicles allows for high-quality spraying of plants of all
heights. This is especially effective in cases where the clearance of the self-propelled sprayer does not
allow for plant heights to exceed 2 meters. Our aerial vehicle can be used very successfully to spray
shrubs, gardens, and forests.
No Soil Compaction with Wheels and No Plant Trampling during the Spraying Process
When moving across the field, wheeled vehicles trample a large amount of usable area throughout the
season. For example, when sowing wide-row crops (corn or sunflower), this amounts to the loss of 2-3%
of the arable area! For grains, this indicator sits even higher at 3-5%! And for such crops as soybeans,
rapeseed, and mustard, losses in the arable area can reach as high as 10%! In such cases, spraying with
the use of unmanned aerial vehicles will serve as an indispensable assistant and can significantly
increase the future yield per hectare of land area!
A More Optimal Droplet Size
Our unmanned aerial vehicles are equipped with nozzles that create a droplet size in the range of 60-80
microns. When working with standard sprayers, droplets of such size can be used in calm weather only,
which is extremely rare. In our case, the propellers create a vertical air flow, due to which very small
droplets are very quickly pressed against the surface to be sprayed and are less susceptible to lateral
drift!
95% Water Savings When Mixing the Spray Material
When working with ultra-small volumes, the problem of supplying water in large quantities disappears.
For example, to spray a field of 100 hectares only requires 500 liters of water.
Both Sides of Plant Leaves Are Sprayed On
One of the key advantages of the use of unmanned aerial vehicles for spraying is precisely the creation
of a vertical turbulent flow, which makes plant leaves move randomly and allows for even spraying on
them from the top and the bottom; this increases the penetration of the solution into plant cells by
70%.
A Wider Weather Range of Operation
Spraying of plants from the air allows for operation in fields with high humidity, when sometimes
wheeled vehicles cannot enter the field. And in the case of spring field work, when there is still
remaining snow in the fields, the use of unmanned aerial vehicles allows adding minor elements 7-15
days earlier than the generally accepted deadlines!
Safety When Working with Chemicals
Since the operator controlling the unmanned aerial vehicle is at a sufficient distance from the operation
site of the vehicle, this excludes cases of poisoning and unwanted effects of the spray material on the
human body! This is especially dangerous when working with volatile chemicals! For example, this
happens to wheeled vehicle drivers when they are constantly in the spraying area!
Performance: from 150 ha / shift (or 20 ha / hour) by a single vehicle!
The stock of our company has more than 10 unmanned aerial vehicles! This allows us to confidently
spray more than 1,000 hectares per shift!
